STAFF: Do not book rooms for teaching/learning events using BORRS. These must be included in the student’s main timetable. Contact your Unit Convenor to add your activity to the timetable.
STUDENTS: Only PG research students and approved societies may book rooms using BORRS. You can book study space (group & individual) through the study space booking system.
ACCEPTABLE ROOM USE: All bookings must follow the Room booking terms and conditions which set out the rules for food and drink and any activities that are prohibited.
